Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CP Digital Solutions ("CPDS", "we", "us" and "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our public website and contact us through it.
1. Who we are
CP Digital Solutions is a UK-based digital business operating the CPDS public website. For data protection questions, you can contact us at privacy@cpdigitalsolutions.co.uk.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data collected through the CPDS public website and direct website enquiries. It does not replace any separate contract terms, onboarding terms or product/service-specific data terms that may apply where relevant.
3. Information we collect
- Identity and contact information you submit (for example, name, business name, email address, phone number, and enquiry details).
- Basic technical and usage information generated when you browse the website (for example, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location by IP).
- Communications you send us by email, contact form, website chat, WhatsApp or other channels linked from the website.
- The details you enter when you book a call with us through the website.
4. How we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
- To operate, maintain and improve the website and user experience.
- To manage communications and business administration.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Analytics and website behaviour measurement
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity on this website. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they use, and whether they start or complete an enquiry. Microsoft Clarity produces heatmaps and session replays that show where visitors encounter difficulty on a page.
The fields on our contact form are masked, so the name, email address, enquiry topic and message you type are not captured in Microsoft Clarity recordings.
None of these tools load unless you choose "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Reject analytics", or make no choice at all, none of them run. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Our Cookie Notice explains this in more detail.
6. Enquiries, chat and booking
These tools are separate from the analytics tools above. They are not switched on or off by the analytics choice on our cookie banner.
- Contact form — when you send the form, your details are passed through our enquiry automation service (n8n) into our HighLevel (LeadConnector) account, which we use to respond to and follow up enquiries.
- Form security check — when you start using the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person rather than an automated program.
- Website chat — the chat window on our website is provided by HighLevel. Messages and any details you send in the chat are received in our HighLevel account.
- Booking a call — the calendar on our Book a call page is provided by HighLevel and shown from our own domain, links.cpdigitalsolutions.co.uk. The details you enter to book are received in our HighLevel account.
7. Lawful bases
We process personal data where necessary for our legitimate interests (such as operating and improving our website), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and where applicable with your consent.
8. Sharing and processors
We may share information with trusted service providers who support our website and communications operations (for example, hosting, email, form processing, chat and booking providers, including those named above). We require appropriate safeguards and only share what is necessary.
9. International transfers
Where service providers process data outside the UK, we use appropriate transfer safeguards in line with applicable UK data protection requirements.
10. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including to deal with enquiries, maintain records and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.
11. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to request data portability where applicable. You can contact privacy@cpdigitalsolutions.co.uk to make a request.
12. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we process personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the revised "Last updated" date.
