Who CPDS is

A studio for service businesses that need useful, not flashy.

I'm Chris, founder of CP Digital Solutions. CPDS exists because most service businesses do not need another platform, another retainer or another rebrand. They need their digital side to work properly — the website, the review process, the form that actually reaches them, the small system that quietly saves time every week.

The businesses I work with are usually owner-led: trades, salons, clinics, therapists, florists and other local service businesses. For them the website, the Google profile and the way customers get in touch are not bonus features. They are how someone decides whether the business is worth contacting.

That's the whole approach: if something is the right fit, we'll talk it through. If it isn't, I'll say so.

Practical work. Plain English. Direct contact.

How CPDS works

The work starts with the problem, not the tool.

Most fixes do not need a huge platform. They need a clear flow, a useful form, a better follow-up process or a small system that people actually use.

  1. 01 Find the real problem Not what someone said they want. What is actually getting in the way day to day.
  2. 02 Keep the fix small and useful The right answer is usually the smallest one that still holds up when the diary is full.
  3. 03 Build around how the business runs Tools should match the team and the workflow — not the other way round.
  4. 04 Improve only when it helps No bolt-ons for the sake of it. Change something when there is a clear reason to.
How CPDS thinks

Four things that don't change.

Whatever the brief — a website, a review system, a Google profile, a behind-the-scenes tool — these are the principles that hold the work together.

01 · Clear before clever

Plain English, every time.

If something can be said clearly, it should be. No buzzwords, no jargon, no inflated language designed to make a small thing sound bigger than it is.

02 · Useful before complex

Smaller fixes usually win.

A clearer form, a tidier process, a follow-up that actually goes out — these solve more real problems than a big platform no one in the business will keep using.

03 · Fit the business

Built around how you actually run.

Tools should match the team, not the other way round. The setup should still make sense on a Friday afternoon when the diary is full and the phone is going.

04 · Honest scope

If it isn't a good fit, I'll say so.

No upselling, no padding, no chasing work that wasn't right in the first place. The right answer is sometimes "you don't need this yet" — and that gets said.
